Although I am a board-certified nutritionist and herbalist, my most important roles in life by far are that of wife and mother. Being a mother to my three children has changed life fundamentally for me in very beautiful and sometimes challenging ways. I started Beard Family Nutrition to help support women through one of the most transformative times of their lives because I strongly believe that nourishing the mother is the first step in nourishing the whole family.
